It is announced for the information of Bolgatanga Technical University Alumni and the general
public that the 12th Congregation of the University will be held on Saturday 6th April, 2024 at
10:00am at the Sumbrungu Campus.
The ceremony will be held for students who completed their programmes of study in 2023.
All graduands who wish to be presented at the Congregation are required to register personally or
by post with the Directorate of Academic Affairs not later than Friday 29th March, 2024.
The following particulars are required for registration:
- Full Name of Graduating Student.
- Programme of Study.
- Current mailing address including contact phone numbers.
- Evidence of payment (receipt) for Congregation fees.
Each graduand is required to pay five hundred Ghana cedis (Gh¢500.00) either directly to the bank
or in Bankers Draft made payable to Bolgatanga Technical University into Bolgatanga Technical
University Revenue Account No. 1103037340104 at National Investment Bank (NIB), Bolgatanga
Branch, or in cash at the Cash Office of the University, by Friday 29th March, 2024.
No payment will be accepted after Friday 29th March, 2024.
Graduands who still owe fees are hereby informed that, in addition to the Congregation fees, they
must settle their indebtedness using the current (2023/2024 Academic Year) fees for their
respective programmes, before they can graduate.
Graduands are to make arrangements for their own accommodation and for their guests.
There will be rehearsals on Friday 5th April, 2024, at 2:00pm in Lecture Hall I at the Library
Complex, for graduands who wish to be presented at the Congregation. Graduating students who
fail to attend the rehearsals will not be presented on the day of Congregation.
