Kwame Dubik is an expert in the welding and fabrication industry and a seasoned welding teacher, having thought for over eighteen (18) years at the pre-tertiary level. He has taught and trained many welding and fabrication experts and teachers in the upper east region with particular reference to Bolgatanga Technical Institute, where he taught subjects including oxy-acetylene technology, metal arc technology, blacksmithing, bench fitting, heat treatment & finishes, sheet metal art/work and fabrication Technology.
As a welding fabricator, he was the brain behind the introduction of metal furniture in Bolgatanga Technical Institute under the leadership of the Principal, Alhaji Alhassan Umar. He has held several roles as a pre-tertiary teacher and in his general social life.
His research interest includes investigating the root causes of weld defects on welding joints in informal welding shops, millwright and pipefitting in welding, and its machinery.
