Mohammed Oseine Rabiatu hails from Polma in the Upper West Region. She was born on the 8th of June 1983. Madam Rabiatu has her basic education from the Methodist Primary and JHS and proceeded to the Women’s Training Institute for her NVTI certificate.
She had her HND from the Bolgatanga Polytechnic, now Bolgatanga Technical University.
