A. Teaching Staff
i) Professors/Associate Professors
Must have a terminal degree (PhD) in a relevant field and must have attained the position of Professor or Associate Professor from a recognized tertiary institution.
ii) Senior Lecturers
Must possess a terminal degree (PhD) in the relevant field of specialization and have taught for a minimum of four (4) years as Senior Lecturer.
iii) Lecturers
Applicant must have a terminal degree (PhD) in a relevant subject area. Post qualification experience in a Lecturer’s grade will be an added advantage.

B. NON-TEACHING STAFF
i) Driver
Shall assist the Transport Officer in the overall management and administration of the Transport Section.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driving License ‘D’ – ‘F’
- At least three (3) BECE passes
- GCE ‘O’ Level/SSSCE/WASSCE Certificate is an added advantage
ii) Senior ICT Assistant
Key role in supporting ICT systems, development and digital operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum four (4) years relevant experience
- Strong technical and interpersonal skill
iii) Accountant
Responsible for financial management, reporting and accounting operations.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with Master’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum two (2) years as Assistant Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Ability to work under pressure
iv) Assistant Registrar
Supports administrative and management functions of the University.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Administration or Management related area
- Minimum two (2) years as Junior Assistant Registrar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
