The Directorate provides quality service in support of the University’s mission and strategic priorities. The following are a gist of the functions of the Directorate: processes all applications for admission of students, issues ID cards, introductory letters, attestation letters, transcripts, certificates, etc., processes documents for the graduation of students, handles students’ disciplinary matters and matters of examinations in collaboration with the Examination Office, organizes matriculation, orientation and other academic programmes for students, etc.
